Please send your message from your registered email address so we can connect it to your account.

2. Reporting an Issue with the iOS App

If you're experiencing difficulties with the iOS app, it helps if you include the app version you're using. You can find this on the Settings tab within the app.

3. Deleting Your Account

To delete your account in the iOS app:

  • Ensure you are logged in.
  • Go to the Settings tab in the bottom right corner.
  • Select Account.
  • Select Delete Account and follow the instructions.

Note: Upon deletion, your account is disabled immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. If you change your mind, contact us at support@agentsy.ai within that window to restore your account.
